Orientation and Excercise

Today was our first day of Orientation at the University of Westminster.  There was a lot of the usual stuff, rules, regulations, academic integrity blah blah blah. Just kidding, Plagiarism is bad!  One of the upsides was that I got to see Matt Shelburne, one of my friends my high school that is also studying at Westminster this semester! We also made our first British friends, his name is Harry.  Of course as soon as we learned that we all faked British accents and called him Harry Potter from that point on.

The high point of the day was going to the supermarket.  On the way there I swore really loudly while telling a story and got in trouble with a little old lady walking in front of us.  Then broke a glass container as it fell out of my bag.  And this was after I warned my friends to be careful because the bags were flimsy.  Pretty much everyone that witnessed made fun of me....even the manager. Oh well it was an experience!

After this lovely adventure, Emily and I decided to actually exercise.  We went for a run in our lovely Under Armour outfits. We, at least I, struggled.  It has been about 2 maybe 3 weeks since the last time I worked out.  But my muscles feel good now, I hope I can keep it up!

Now my friends and I are going to make a nice family dinner and watch a movie!

Mood: Embarrassed and satisfyingly tired
